The Mores Accident Commission of South Australia appointed Terrain Property as their primary consultant for acquisitions ion the state of Victoria. MAC had experienced difficulty in having opportunities presented to them. They wished to leverage off Terrain Property's strong market contacts. Two income investments were acquired off market, on the MAC's behalf.
