Terrain Placement Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Terrain Capital, is an independent Australian Placement Agent and Strategic Adviser to fund managers looking to access capital from Australia.  We have a thorough understanding of the Australian wholesale investment sector, particularly the Industry Super Funds and their Asset Consultants. We will assist fund managers to take their investment products, particularly alternative assets, to market, if the products:

• Meet the needs of Australian wholesale and institutional investors'; and
• Withstand the investors vigorous due diligence and approval process.

Our wholesale capital raising services cover:

• Strategy Review and Planning Advice: Review the proposed offering to determine likely acceptance by Australian investors and their Asset Consultants.  We will also provide independent advice on the appropriate strategy required to implement the capital raising and ensure that transaction objectives are maximised, including agreeing upon the marketing plan.

• Documentation Preparation: Assistance in developing the package required to ensure the capital is raised as efficiently as possible, including investor presentation, private placement memorandum, fund constitution and due diligence package.

• Key Decision Marker Support:Iidentify and engage with key Asset Consultants and Investor decision makers to obtain their early support for the capital raising.

• Placement Service: Organise and attend meetings with Investors and their Asset Consultants. We will also liaise with the interested Investors and their Asset Consultants during their due diligence investigations and approval process, to provide accurate and timely feedback.

• Investor Communications :After completing a capital raising provide assistance with communications with Fund Investors, their Asset Consultants and other key players in the Australian Wholesale Investment Sector.
